Order Processing time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several tiers of shipping depending on how fast you need your sweet treats!
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2 business days
Warm Weather Shipping
Because our toffee is made with real butter and rich chocolate, it is sensitive to heat. During the summer months, or when shipping to warm climates, we may include insulated packaging and cold packs to ensure your toffee arrives in perfect condition. We highly recommend retrieving your package immediately upon delivery to prevent melting.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will work hard to make things right.
